For rent; Recently cozy furnished spacious holiday 3/2.5 townhome, located on quiet and beautifully well maintained Emerald Island Resort Kissimmee in Orlando. Emerald Island resort is spacious landscaped with fountains and Spanish-tiled roofs. 10 Minutes from Disney World :) SeaWorld, Universal Studios and many other amusement parks/attractions are close by. Many shopping facilities, golf and restaurants nearby. Just about everything else you'll need to make this the perfect vacation get-away. The holiday home offers all the comforts for a pleasant holiday or longer stay for up to 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped, comfortable sofa’s, chairs and large screen 4K/Smart TV. And off course wireless internet. Heating and air conditioning throughout the house. Furthermore, three nicely furnished bedrooms, all equipped with a Smart-TV. We have Netflix (for a lazy day!). Two bathrooms on the first floor. Toilet/bathroom on the ground floor. Relax in the clubhouse with (free) fitness, swimming pools, jacuzzi, tiki bar, free coffee in the TV room. At the Resort there is a tennis court, basketball, playground. There is also a nature hiking area and a field for beach volleyball at the resort. Just steps from the pool and spa, this lovely unit overlooks a shaded park area with a quiet playground for the little ones and is peaceful and private. In short, a wonderful place to spend your holiday and close by for all the action Orlando has to offer, but located well for a relaxing holiday.
